I am currently with Tsohost on the Linux standard option. I have no problems with them, haven't experienced any down time, support always replies fast and price is good too.

 

However I want to do some projects using Ruby on Rails and Pylons (python based web framework). Was wandering if anyone knows any good shared hosting providers that support these?

I rarely see these on Shared Hosting platforms as they can be very resource intensive. You may need to consider a VPS.
