Your very best bet is to simply avoid ANY host that sells "unlimited resources" such as disk space/bandwidth, it just doesnt exist, and isnt possible, and they often have far lower CPU limit tolerances than other host's who dont oversell, and far longer T&C's too as they have to explain all the different ways you cant use unlimited resources.

 

Is there a specific reason you want to go with a USA hosted host?

Why not pick a UK based host instead, who actuall have their servers in the UK, assuming your in the UK too?

Those are highly innaccurate, and are simply paid for links that are "bid for". They asked us several times if we wanted to bid on them, but its totally screwed up to build a website claiming to show the best, then sell-out to highest bidders, so we told them to shove it...
