I wonder if anyone can help me. I'm trying to port an existing website into website baker CMS. I like this CMS and works great for other customers.

 

This customer wants to keep the entire URL structures they have on there old site with the new and this is where I’m hitting up against a problem.

 

Here and example

 

At the moment i have a url like this

colestest.testingwebb.co.uk/pages/aboutcart/historyofcart.php

 

But would like it to look like this

 

colestest.testingwebb.co.uk/historyofcart.php

 

Is this possible with .htaccess

Yes you would need to modify the htaccess, specifically the mod_rewrite

Could anyone show me an example of the mod_rewrite i'm all a bit new to the old .htaccess stuff. I can see there's lots to learn :-)
