A guy at work has suggested using Cufon for fonts to placed h1 tags etc and to have a big intro text on front page of a site like "I am a web designer, i design beautiful sites" etc as you see on lots of websites.

 

Just wondering how to get started with this? Advantages / Disadvantages etc?

 

Where do you get the fonts from etc?

 

Any info would be great.

Once it generates the javascript file for you, how would you go about applying the cufon styles to various tags in the html such as h1, h2, h3, h4 <p> classes etc?

 

Is it possible to use multiple cufon fonts within the same page ie: specify 2 different h1 classes to use different cufon fonts?
