What do u think of this design mock up ?

Featured Replies

Hie guys, I am almost finished designing my site mock up but before I can continue, I would like to know what you guys think so far.

See design here http://grafx.tv/images/portfolio-site-mock.jpg

Your comments will be greatly appreciated.

Clean and simple...The way I like then! Colours are good. Cant really fault it!

That twitter bird looks baked >.<

The only thing i don't like is the font used for the body text.

Is this design for your portfolio?

I think the body font is okay. Photoshop fonts look different to web fonts so its difficult to judge. If you code it up, try similar ones out.

The design is nice, clean and simple. Only thing I dont like is the font and gradient of the line "We build elegant & ...."

Thanks a lot for the comments : )

@bocaj no this is not my portfolio design, I am going to give it away for free on my site Grafx Tv

Good job. I'd added subtle gradients in backgrounds of right blocks ('Testimonials', 'Get free quote') and adjusted the kerning in 'We build elegant...' (for instance, the space between W and e is too big). Also I'd made rollover background in nav menu of more contrast color - maybe orange as 'Get free quote'.

Images in headers of content blocks (Gallery, Projects, Photos, Support) need to be visually united with related words. May be it is worth to try to place every header's pair ('icon - word') on the bar with contrast background or something like that.

Hope that helps.

Same, Cant see that link? :(

I think the whole website is down and thats why the link isnt working
