How do I get rid of the | bar?

Featured Replies

Hello,

I recently redesigned a blog:

www.musicaenclave.com

As you can see, the first page (Inicio) displays: | Musicaenclave

post-19947-096655000 1282305327_thumb.jpg

at the upper part of the browser window. When I created that page, I omitted the title on the WordPress options, so it leaves a blank then the symbol | then the name of the site. Actually, the real index page is the Blog, but I didn't want it to be the home page.

Now how do I get rid of that annoying vertical bar JUST for the home page?

Thanks,

Eduardo

In your Page code:

Remove the line from The title tag:

<title>| Musicaenclave</title>

It might be in the header.php file or one of the php files depending on if its appearing on posts / or pages. Just check the header.php index.php, archives.php, page and post.php

In the <title> tag.

Should do it.
