Hey, Im a carpenter and ive made my own site, using google adwords to advertise PPC. Im getting visitors but not enough enquires. According to google analytics half of the vistors exit at the landing page which is not good.

Nice site, but a little too much white space at the bottom of the page, also why not make the image at the top a scrolling image, like the one on my homepage (link in sig).

Nice website, I like the layout.

Maybe a little bit more padding towards the top and removal of white space at the bottom.

I can't read the footer text .

 

I like the orange headers.

 

The GIF at the top is slightly blurring around the edges of the text, might need to use a jpeg or png with not alot of compression (as much as possible!) - unless of course bandwidth is an issue.

footer text needs sorting on home page and is to small, you have put lonond in your description, the site looks ok but a little unfinished and plain not off putting but just needs that eye catcher without been to flash and looking expensive, i have not looked on all pages for keywords but one or two i did there was non at all and very few on home page you could far improve on this and free traffic, as for PPC its tricky unless you know what your doing.

Perhaps have your portfolio pictures open up in lightbox may help also

Some remarks:

 

1-1'. Issues with alignments.

2. Background image and slogan are too blurred (due to redundant JPG compession). The size of the word 'Satisfaction' should not be less than 'Guaranteed' one (at least).

3. It would be better to leave edges of images as is, not blurred.

4. Too little space between image block and logos.

5. I guess it would be better to assign 'solid' style (instead dotted) for this borders — for consistency reasons.

6. Left alignment is more preferrable than center one — for the same reasons as in 5.

7. These paddings should be of the equal size.
