Im hoping i've posted this in the right place. Apologies if i haven't

 

I'm a begginer with all this web design, and have grasped the basics. I want to build a small estate agents website for myself, im only a tiny company with a few properties on my books. I'm looking for a script for a multiple choice search, how many rooms, location, price that kind of thing, but everywhere i have found these scripts there about £250 and for bigger estate agents. Is there anywhere i could find a free bog standard script?

There are free estate agent templates here: http://www.freetemplatesonline.com/free-real-estate-templates/.

 

I'm not sure if the template is just for design or functionality.

 

If you're a newbie to web developing, you might want to look into joomla or drupal. They're free open source cms and you can get free templates for these on the web.

You're unlikely to find a free script for this as estate agents are generally thought of as fairly well off... You can probably find one for under £100 though if you look hard enough. Bear in mind that you'll want something of a certain quality, so the cheapest isn't always the best!

There is a free script out there, but I don't think I can tell you.......
