Hi there

 

Not sure if this is the correct thread.....or if I'm allowed to do this....so dont shout at me too much if I've

gone about this the wrong way.

 

Basically I'm looking for some clients to build up my portfolio, and as such will offer my services for free.

 

Before I write a load of spiel, can someone let me know if putting a thread on here advertising free website design/coding is acceptable?

 

If not, I will go about it another way
