I have made a template and need comments opinion and support about it ... what to add or what to remove !

Umm... This guy with guitar, he is too ummm.. masculinized.

I like the concept...but a few things to look at:

 

- Make the text easier to read

- The pink you used looks a bit washed out

- Might try using a bit less drop shadow on the title text

I think It would be better to vivify the background behind silhouettes - to add colorful stars, sparks, flashes, rays of searchlights,

I`d remove all effects from header and then add a slight gradient, 1-2 pixel stroke, and the shadow with 15-20% of opacity and 0 size of blur.
