Hi Everyone, almost finsihed my first fully paid site, and my client has asked me for an invoice.

Just wondered if anyone could recommend an invoice sample or template I could use as an example to set up my own.

My invoice consists of:

 

My contact details top left

My logo top right

 

 

A few lines down

 

The address I am invoicing to on the left

 

On the right hand side:

 

Invoice date

Invoice number

Who the work was requested by

 

A few lines down

 

A table consisting of two columns, Description and Amount which is a breakdown of all the work done. The last line of the table should be Invoice total

 

Underneath the table I write Cheques made payable to Damian Herrington
