Hey I really like this: the use of greys with the splash of pink is excellent!

For me just two things; the nav on hover effect lets it down a wee bit.... makes it look less attractive than before which is a shame.

Also I find everything a bit too wide which although still looks pretty good, worries me a I have a pretty good res (1440 x 900) and it worries me what it may do on a more basic display.

Nice job tho :)

Terry Tibbs, charge plug and toe straps fifteen quid...talk to me :p

It all feels very retro and if that's your angle its very good :)

You have some very interesting class names too.

EDIT:

Oh..hehe the forum censored it. For those curious it started and ended with a 'T'.

very funny "class" :clapping:

Love the pink with the grey

Agree with the hover - does let it down.

I think I will always end up saying this cause of screen size but the background repeats so it didnt look great till I shrunk the window. (but looked fine when re-sizedto 10" view)

yeah the background was a trade off between file size and if it would repeat on large backgrounds

and yeah, my css and class names are a mess! i can never be bothered to tidy up. the t**t class name came about from the 'twitter' version of the 'cat' class... in the same way that content became 'twontent' :)

Works for me! Although you should know that chrome has a weird rendering bug with dotted borders which looks really unpleasant.

I can't get this weird behaviour with the dots?

That's on chrome by the way ^^

me neither

looks fine in Chrome, Firefox, IE and Safari so good job, the static background makes me feel a little dizzy though but that is personal.

it all works

but I agree with Guezala about the hover effect.
