i want to add a small google map box to my contact page, could someone please explain to me how i go about this please? (my coding knowledge is quite poor)

Good news is it's a cinch,

 

Go to google maps, if you have a business etc sign up to google maps for free and they will give you an entry that will show up in search results, if not just type your address in and hit return.

 

Once the map is on your location you will see a little box on the top right that says link, when you click on it it will offer you either a link for an email or IM (instant message) or HTML to embed in your website.

 

Simply cut and paste the HTML to embed into your website wherever you want it to appear in your site.
