my new site design

Featured Replies

Hi guys busy with my own site now, finally.

what do you think, load times seem long but I am not sure if it is because it is on a free host. the site looks okay in IE but best in Firefox.

the content will be updated it is more just to give idea for now, no links now I first to be sure of the look.

please let me know what you think.

Thanks.

Like your notice board concept. Angled text looks cool, if it wasn't so jagged... Great rollover effects, makes for good interaction. Only thing I'd say is the graphics need more work. The notice board doesn't look like a notice board... have you had a look at stock imagery? Otherwise, nice work, look forward to see it nearer completion and with more professional looking graphics

Thanks LYKC - love your site. I wish the angled text would be smoother, I was playing around with new CSS (hope it will improve in time)

I have changed the pinboard and cleaned up some of the graphics, load time is still a concern for me.

what you think ?

Graphics does needs more work. but it's getting there.. sit down on the design for a couple of hours and you'll perfect it. concept is great though.
