Hi guys,

 

I need some advice.

I designed a skin for cubecart and offered it for free, but with the requirement that my copyright notice was kept intact. I have just found a site using my skin but without my notice.

I've done a whois but it has privacy settings so I don't know who owns it or who its hosted with.

 

the site is lnclothing.com (I haven't linked it as I don't want him having extra backlinks)

 

Any advice?

Clicked on the link, but it's just a Coming Soon page.

 

Also, the domain registrat is INTERNET.BS CORP. Try there, see if they can tell you which hosting company it is.

Yeah the site hasn't launched yet, (should've mentioned that. the directory with my design is /cc )

 

I did a reverse IP trace on the domain and it points to a godaddy server so I have emailed them.

 

Any other advice gratefully received.
