Second Opinion on Project quote for Drupal based OpenStreetMap promoting website.

Hi guys, this is the story so far, just going to meet the chap to get a lot more info obviously. Just wondered if anyone had any thoughts on how much something like this would cost to make:

"I'm interested in putting together a reasonably simple website with some basic database stuff for a non-profit organization I'm starting to promote OpenStreetMap. Basically I want some simple informational pages, a blog, the ability to register as a member, and then some other things integrated, like a webforum, Wikis, and some windows to display maps from the OSM tile server. Ideally this could all be easily managed with Drupal or some easy to use CMS. I don't know exactly how much effort this would take to put together and my budget is quite tight, but if it's possible to put something together at a reasonable price I'd be interested in using your services. Perhaps you can give me an idea of what something like this would cost and we can talk further?"

Cheers

I met the guy, and it's kind of a country specific portal he wants with a community forum, blog etc. It will be dual language. Anyone familiar with Drupal or similar?

Cheers
