Hi there.

Figured I'd best come introduce myself, I've been lurking in the shadows reading posts for quite some time, I've just never posted!

My name's Kerry and I'm a university student (studying Multimedia and Digital Entertainment computing). Because of uni I'm currently living in Newcastle upon Tyne, but I'm originally from Newbury in Berkshire. Returning to the South as soon as I graduate!

As for web design I started getting interested about 2 months ago - and fancied learning something over the Summer Holidays. I started out with (X)HTML, then on to CSS and then decided to implement Wordpress. It was great for a while, but as an amateur Photographer I wanted to add my photography in the future. And pop a portfolio section in, all ready for my work experience year. So this weekend I switched over to ExpressionEngine, which has been absolutely fantastic. So much so I'll be buying a licence as soon as I have some spare money. For a first website it's all gone relatively well :)

Anyway I must stop waffling and boring the whole forum. As I say photography is a big hobby/interest of mine, gaming on the Xbox 360, pubbing, all the usual stuff. And if anyone's on Twitter feel free to follow 'Kerry350' (I've not found someone new to follow for ages).

Hey Kerry - nice to have you on the forum :)

It is always nice to get more people with a creative eye on the forum

Welcome and enjoy :p
