I'm after some recommendations on a good quality hosting company.

 

I require Linux hosting, SQL etc.

I would like the option to add more domains in the future.

Backup service would also be nice.

 

This is a big ask but I would like to have phone support option.

Out off all the hosting companies I have used in the past I have never had good phone support, if any option for phoning the company to spk to a human.

The attitude is usually "What are you ringing me for" or "You should be able to fix this your self"

We only offer linux hosting which supports MySQL and PHP. You can add domains with any of our reseller options and VPS solutions and we offer a CDP (continous data protection) backup solution with all hosting accounts.

 

With regards support, we offer phone email and live chat support and our phone support number is the same as our sales number so you will always get through in 5 rings to a real human being!

All our servers run Linux with PHP 5.2.x & MySQL 5.x

 

Our business and corporate packages allow yo uto host multiple domains and come with dedicated IP addresses for use with SSL Certificates etc. Our servers are backed up daily however we can also offer a dedicated backup solution.

 

Only thing is we do not currently provide phone support however we do have techs on the ticketing system available 24/7 should you run into any problems. They will be more than happy to provide you any assistance (as will your account manager) should you require it.

nublue you have some good clients, I'm looking at spending around £15 a month for now.

so your basic reseller package would do the job.

 

peartree, at my budget of £15 a month, I could get the corp account, how many domains does that support.

You can host as many domains as you like on our corporate package - we dont limit you. The server will only stop you creating additional domains when it detects that you have hit your resource limits.
