CMS Systems

Featured Replies

Hello all,

Ive done my website so im happy with the design (some things will change and not all has been done yet).

So now the next part for me is trying to find a cms system that is easy to use and all so easy to use it on the design i have all ready made ...

Any ideas of a cms that does this and mostly easy for me to get my current site design into it?

Thanks

It's very simple, but can be very powerful. You just need to replace your content with tags that you've set up in the admin.

Such as

[[intro-content]]

[[intro-image]]

And you assign the type of input on your admin section, and then when you go to edit the page, you'll be presented with a rte for the content, and an image upload field for changing the image :)

Shimples :')

Obv. that's a very basic example, but the power and flexibility is huge.

www.joomla.org is popular, free and very well supported. Might be a little excessive for some smaller sites though?

Modx is pretty sweet. After using ones like joomla and drupal. i would go with modx.
