I have a trying to obtain a Back Link to the website below, but it appears to have a No Follow rule applied:

The owner states that he has not applied a No Follow rule. Can anyone see why this site would not enable me to obtain a Back Link?

What is your website that you want him to link to - is it on there already?

 

I had a quick look at the source code for the Web Links page, it looks like he's using Dreamweaver and I can't see any nofollow links on that page for anything?

Searched the entire source and there isn't one instance of rel="nofollow"

koiquest.co.uk is to back link to: http://www.koicarp.cc

 

If there is no evidence of the No Follow rule being used (on koiquest), is there any other reason for a Back Link not being applied?

 

The No Follow rule could also be contained in the robots.txt file on the route directory. Is there any way to inspect this?
