Does this domains selling thing really works?

Featured Replies

I thought to sell a domain name, but i can't believe the prices that are shown on the websites that pretend to evaluate domains. So I so very low popularity and even low design website that worth even milions of dollars :shok: Can be this true? Even my 1 year old website with just about 50 backlinks is rated at more than 100$(on stimator.com is rated 6006$ :santa_cheesy: )! So how can a domain be sold if there is no real evaluation tool and how can they cost this kind of much??

Unless your domain is A) Really Short or B\) A dictionary word then you're not going to get more than $15 or so for a domain. Unfortunately even if you match this criteria unless there's a significant number of hits to the domain then its pretty worthless.

If you tell us the domain name we might be able to evaluate it a little for you.

its only worth whats someones willing to pay, it could be a good name and a steady earner with content and affiliate links.
