My site is over 7 years old now. Unfortunately it has grown and grown and its a bit like chinese whispers - I have run the link checker in Dreamweaver and found hundreds of broken links - is there an easy way to fix or delete all these or do you have to go through page by page and rectify them?

If you are using a content management system then you could possibly play around a little and fix everything. If the site is manually coded then you will probably need to hand code it.

 

What is the reason for the broken links?
