Im having trouble cutting all the poker shapes.

 

All the chips and cards OUTSIDE the interior grey rectangle needs to be removed. So it you can only see the poker images inside the rectangle.

 

Can anyone help?

Select the rectangle then go select area, then inverse that and then select the poker chips layer and delete it is should delete everything outside the rectangle on the poker chips layer.

Or you mask instead, I prefer to mask it than delete it...

 

That's if you have the mask option in Ai...

Yeah a clipping layer or layer mask will work fine.
