I was hoping you'd be able to tell me how much *average* would you expect a customer to pay for a OOAK e-commerce skin/template for a shopping cart?

Well its a template / skin which goes over a shopping cart... about 8 to 10 pages are styled via css and html the cart is run by php.

 

I am talking about the visual more than the functionality as its all part of the cart system. We design around the cart system to produce a store front look.
