yer it wouldnt be a problem you just need access to the root folder and open up the index.html page and away you go.

I find the best way to do this, is when you have dreamweaver open, on the toolbar select "Site" then "New Site" go through all the section located on the left and you that will allow you to upload and download from the root folder you specified on the clients server.

All functions relating to this can be found under "sites" tab.

Hope this helped :)

Edit: TFM Got there before me! :D

Thanx for the info guys, I'll check out the tut.

If i wanted to put it on a different server, is there any recommendations as to which one to use i.e anyone better for dreamweaver?

If you mean software to upload to a server instead of using dreamweavers uploading "technology" then I would highly suggest using FileZilla.

If you mean software to edit a website, then since I see your a beginner I would suggest sticking with dreamweaver, whilst learning HTML and CSS.

Hope that helped! :)
