I've not had any experience with creating HTML emails before, and have been asked to quote for making one... even if I have to outsource would be useful to know what kind of work is involved and how much it would cost?

 

Would they need to use a subscription email service e.g. constant contact?

HTML E-mails are nothing but put HREF link and other tags. Then we attach file to the system. Pls, read any reference book you find easily HTML Code.
