May 7, 200917 yr I'd suggest designing a grid first. At the moment there seems to be little rationale behind the placement of elements other than the main boxes. You can make the grid as 'tight' or 'loose' as you like, just make sure you follow it! This will also help level the lines of text. Are you using Chalet as your typeface? If so, explore some of the variations. There's some gems.

Way cheaper than Chalet!
