I was just wondering if anybody knows a good script that allows you to upload a file to be sent as an email attachment with the rest of the form fields being sent as well. When I use the current script I have, it only sends the file without the body and the file is a 1kb MIME-attachment :S.

 

Oh, and if possible, does anybody know of one with a progress bar?

I'd use PHP Mailer for sending attachments personally... However it would take some adaption and knowledge of PHP for the files to be uploaded as a form!?

Just do a search for PHP scripts that use $_FILES.
