How do you got about giving remote clients your T&C's? Do you email and have them sign and post it back? Or would something like by paying the deposit you are agreeing to the T&C's do (how would i prove they got them in the first place?)

2nd option... a line or two to the effect of ' by paying said deposit, the client states that he or she has read, understood and acknowledged to the t&c's, contract and is full agreement to their relevant parameters and clauses' -- then u cn just staple a statement of receipt and a headed bank statement to the contract.

For remote clients, We email them the T&C's (In a common file type; .PDF). Within the document and in the email we state that opon paying the deposit and that emailing back and acknowledging the reciept of the document, that they accept them and ect. ect.
