Small Mini Browser with Text?

Featured Replies

Hey, i've done some looking, and i dont know exactly the name of what im looking for but im pretty sure if i explain it, people will know what im talking about.

Im creating this website for a client, and what im trying to do is have someone click on a link and have that link open up a smaller browser with text. So as opposed to clicking the link, and opening a whole new browser with the URL bar and everything else, i just want like a mini browser, just to display a bit of text. I've seen it before plenty of times, but now i cant find a website with it, now that im trying to create it.(go figure). If anyone has any sites i can check out to get some ideas from, or know an easy way to do it, i'd really appreciate it. Thanks
