Which kind of UI should we user for users? I mean user would get out of the website if it does'nt contain info related to them. Should we increase design quality or information quantity

The mantra goes 'Content is king!' I would solely concentrate on content for your website first unless of course the point of the site is to show design talent.

 

It all depends on your visitors, why are they there? Who are they? etc
