Is that very difficult to do? Could you explain me how to do it or point me to some place where it is explained?

Or something similar; thats to start automatically by the way with no click to play etc

The website you link to has sound incorporated into a flash animation. If you are a beginner I wouldn't start with flash just jet. You can include sounds in other ways but I think that you first have to ask yourself if the sound serves any function other than that you think it would be a cool feature. I think that in general people don't like sound coming from a website, I know I hate it, certainly if its music and there is no way to turn it off, then it will be a very short visit to that site.
