April 22, 200917 yr This is the latest Paypal phishing email i got...the last one the poor guy didn't even know to spell Paypal now the recipient is Hi5 Paypal department what will it be nextime..hahaha
April 23, 200917 yr Interesting. Maybe they used hi5 so people would be used to seeing it an subconsciously ignore/trust it. I'd say there's a 99.9999% chance that its not actually from Hi5, its very easy to spoof domains in email headers. If you look at the plaintext email (with headers) you can see the server it really came from.
April 23, 200917 yr Although the email from field is h5.com it is more than likely going to be found in the headers of the email... Just mouse over it and see what the email address REALLY is! Also, I can't see the spelling error?
