Started a new project for a small e-commerce site just started the design and I'm after some early feedback...

 

I have a small problem as well the body background doesn't line up with the wrapper background in IE...

Vanilla Pod

I think the design is very slick, looks really good.

 

My only criticism is the font colours, I would make them a bit lighter, they are quite dark and some people just aren't goign to be able to read them.

I heard the advert for vanilla pod on the radio the other day and it reminded me to have a look at this. I would suggest changing how you have set up the images on this one. I would change the purple border to a transparent .png without the stripey background on it. To make it work in ie6 you would need to use one of the various javascript fixes that are out there otherwise they would have a grey background to them. This would sort out trying to get the lines to lineup.
