Feedback on Hiking Website

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I just finished an informational hiking website with a friend focusing around hikes in San Diego County in California. I know most of you are NOT from California and would just like some feedback on the design itself.

Thank you to all who respond!

Edit: I realize it doesn't look to swell in IE 6. I'm still working on that.

Some mis-alignments in chrome (a common problem i've noticed, i'd fix these though, most people don't bother and it upsets me :()

I quite like it, but i cannot read this text

It's too camouflaged, i only noticed it because i accidentally highlighted it.

I think i like everything else :p how would the mountain graphics and stuff look if they were under the green bars? Just wondering, i can't tell if i think they'd be better under or over like they are now.

I really like - agree with Bocaj about footer visibilty.

Well done! :D

Awesome! I like the animated pop down div when you click login.

Hey a couple of things:

The "tips" link in the nav menu is mostly hidden between the signpost, with just the T visible. 15 inch screen at low res.

I would have prefered having the bottom of the "mailing list" section line up with the bottom of the "top three trails" section.
