My permalinks are setup like this http://www.domain.com/2009/02/13/postname.

 

Now I recently realized that the structure is not good for SEO and would like to change it to http://www.domain.com/postname but then all the back posts that have been indexed in the SERPs for the old permalinks will be 404s and not good.

 

Is there a way to quickly and effectively redirect from the long permalink to the new shorter permalinks.
