Goto File > Save As > And just type in your file name with the extension .html - easy as that! :)

e.g. index.html

and click save.

thanks boss sorry for the noob questions lol

If that doesn't work, try changing the "file type" in the save as box to "all files"

Don't worry about asking noob questions mate - that is how you learn. And well done for using notepad instead of dreamweaver or another wysiwyg!

A word of advice though... download notepadd++ - it is free and much much better than standard notepad for coding in :)

thanks tery very usefull and hello to the one that welcome me to the site nice to me you guys.

your welcome sound - good luck with it mate. It is a vast ocean of knowledge you are about to enter... just keep your head above water by using tons of tutorials (htmldog, nettuts.com, here etc...) and (sticking with the ocean metaphor) don't backstroke before you can doggypaddle ;)
