February 19, 200917 yr Twitter is a fantastic tool for Internet marketing. Essentially, you post small messages about anything, you know what your up to, what you've just seen on the net etc. They are called Tweets, and anyone who is following you will see those Tweets. The more followers, the more people you can market to. The thing is, you can do a keyword or keyword phrase search in Twitter and it will bring up Tweets and profiles related to your search. That means, that if you have a website that sells trout fishing equipment, and you Tweet a lot about your site and its activities then you will more than likely be found by those people who do a search for trout fishing and chances are that they may follow you. Instant messaging to qualified prospects. .
