i want to design a bar on my page as the bar on http://www.facebook.com in the bottom

i want it in fixed position and when i goto to top or buttom of the page it would be in the same as the bottom bar on face book

how to do that

It works in IE6, i can't see facebook because i'm not registered, so i'm just taking a guess at what you want.

lol, I downloaded a twitter icon pack for a website and thought, hmmm.. That would make a good avatar.
