January 16, 200917 yr Hey Guys, My name is Del or Del_Boy and im from Glasgow, Scotland. Have always been into web design but ive never been practically any good Im looking to meet some people here, hopefully learn a thing or two and maybe work with a few people as well! Can any of you tell me, if im looking for a coder or designer to do some work can i advertise for there opinion here or is that not allowed, and if it is allowed are there rules like you need to post x amount of times? January 16, 200917 yr Welcome to the forum. I'm relatively new to the forum too. I only joined last night so I can't answer all your questions. I think there is a section in the forum where you can ask for peoples opinions.
