I can tell you now that this forum is a NOFOLLOW :)

 

If the links have rel=nofollow in them then the forum is a no follow.

 

 

Also if you are wondering this so that you can post that signature on random forums to increase backlinks and seo of your site, remember to do it on relevant themed forums. Because just posting them on random, nothing to do with what you link is about, like this forum for example (if we were a follow forum), would damage you more then it would help you.

Firefox is best for this, SEOQuake etc. There's no tool for IE. And Safari you can add a CSS stylesheet, or make your own.
