I want to provide an iFrame click and drag application so that you can load a webpage inside the current one and then click and drag the area that you want to iFrame and then export this code to another file where further options will be made.

 

Does anyone know of any sites currently offering this? Anyone know of any PHP/Javascript applications that can do this? Preferably online rather than software.
