the flash header at the top needs to be realised better.

 

there are structural design elements in that header which should be visible as soon as possible. There is no need for the left side of that flash to be flash - an image would work just as well.

 

also there is possibly too much white in the page - it looks a bit washed out...

i dont think its too bad, but for me the youtube videos dont make a good look (not very profesional)

 

be better to add the video content player yourself - but then thats just ,y personal preference on youtube videos!

The flash logo is interesting, but having such a big block of black behind it makes no sense when you main colour scheme is white. It simply looks out of place to the rest of the site and doesn't look right on the page.

 

Basic layout is fine, but maybe you should try to incorporate the colours into it more (yellow and blue) just to give it a little lift and make it come to life.

dont like header and navigation... design is easy but, clean...

it's good but the bad rez on the flash, but other than that it's fine, ohh and some of the pics are kinda bad rez sorry.... try saving them (when you make them) as a .PNG thats the best rez image you can get, I use all my images as png on my website! anyway it nice!
