November 11, 200817 yr Hello people! Just a quick question for those in the know... I currently "host" a blog for my sister, who has purchased her own domain name, and pointed it to a subdirectory on my site. Currently, it looks like subdomain.mydomain.co.uk, which is accessed by typing in her url (www.herdomain.co.uk) Is there any way to ensure that her domain name is shown in the address bar rather than the subdomain? Many thanks
November 11, 200817 yr Hey Scott, South Londener, just down the road from us sort of... Does your hosting have any facility to use "Add-on domains"? It should do, so you would be ideal setting up the domain name as an addon domain which configures everything for you.

It WAS configured using the add-on domain function, which is why I don't understand why it's not masking the url
