well I wouldn't title it as 'Graphic Design' if you only have flyers on there. Your portfolio doesn't display the broad skills a graphic designer usually needs, perhaps do some non club related design or change it to 'flyer design'.

I really like the background of your site, it's very dynamic and has lots of nice movement in it, but it doesn't carry through into the rest of the site which currently is very flat and uninteresting. It also looks messy and overcrowded in places and that image at the bottom of the guy on the grass really doesn't work for me, nor does the text with black BG.

Also check your CSS, I have lots of stuff overlapping where it shouldn't be (firefox 3 vista). And check spelling, 'experianced graphics team' doesn't exactly sound professional ;)

And finally most important get some work up in the showcase, having your only work example in the about section is not the best idea.

Sorry if you weren't looking for CC on your site, I just couldn't help myself! :)

Well my first obsevation is that you have a knack for creating something unique, by looking at that background image. You are also good with using wording that is straight to the point. I would say from a customer standpoint that it's darn near enough to sell your service because it kinda sets the example. As for the fine details, aram mentioned a few, and I think it's more about finding your market niche so that you convey the best message.

I think this is very good advice, about carrying movement across different design elements.
