That can be a big ask, you will need to supply much, much more information before me or anybody else can even begin to understand your specific requirements.

 

Namely, what is your audience - who are you communicating to?

What keywords are you thinking of using, have you done any keyword discovery or analysis?

What competition exists?

What is your traffic right now?

How many inbound links (or there abouts) do you have?

What is their related PageRank?

 

Then you'll have to consider the following:

 

You should get Google Anayltics going on, then you'll have a good idea of whats going on, I say Google lets face it everybody uses them and its free but there are others!

You've got quite a lot of work needing to be done on your site as it stands...
