Am a beginner in web design so don't take my comments, I didn't like the text content or your templates if am honest but i do understand they are cheap. I do like your navigation bar and categories menu. Maybe spend some time working on your banner too

I do like the the overal design of your website, the navigation and the idea behind it, although I think that the image of the laptop in the header looks a little out of place. Also I read the testimonials and no offence but they sound a little bit fake. -_-

Otherwise 10/10

1) I would re-do the header.. take the bevel off best kept memories, use white/a softer colour - the laptop looks 'plonked' there out of nowhere

2) the red text underneath the banner, looks like a 'scam' ad to me

3) to be honest, my first impression of this website is 'scam' or 'fake offers' or one of those 'sign up to a million things and get 5p' websites. - further cemented by a long unstyled column of google ads - I dont really feel like 'hey, let me give these guys money to give me a special web-page to represent a close one' which is pretty intrinsic to your service.

A lot of things seem out of place, poorly organized and inconsistently-themed. On the brighter side, your nav is decent, the background is nice, and the header would be better if it only had a few words, or a sentence at most. Something to capture the users attention and get them interested in your site. That's how you turn one page view into many.

I think you're on the right track

I like the header and I like the menu under the header, but they don't really seem to go well together. They just seem like two different looks and feels right next to each other.

I also don't think that the red text looks professional. I would change the color. It can still be a different color from the rest, but not red.

I think that there is too much description. I can't get myself to read that much of a description about a web page. That's why people have separate pages for "About Us."

I think that the text would look a lot better if it were left-aligned.

Cool idea though. I never would have thought of a personalized web page as a gift.

Thankyou for all taking the time to have a look, its much appreciated !

From the comments posted im already thinking about re-designing it, especially the red text, its funny it looked ok to me at first but now a few people have pointed it out i can see that its not right, so thankyou.

Ive managed to get on first pages of google, msn and yahoo using my main keyword personalised webpage and dont fair to badly with personalised web page yet again that has come from invaluable advice from this web site so thank you again!

It's getting there, but could use quite a few improvements.

1) The red text throws me off of the site

2) The tone of the writing can sound more honest:

The usual price for a web page is £150 but Best Kept Memories believe in delivering a professional product at an unbelievable price, so, for a limited time only we are selling our personalised web pages for an unbelievable price of only £29.99, no hidden fees !

Watch the spelling (personalized) and this sentence itself sounds like a scam. There is no 'usual' price for a website.

3) Header background is nice, but get rid of the laptop and make a new best memories logo.

4) Google ads is unprofessional for this type of site

5) The blue image borders don't look nice
