September 12, 200817 yr New to this but built site in XHTML/CSS which is W3C compliant and works fine on my G5 and my Mac mini in both Safari and Firefox but not on G4 Mac or on PC in IE. Only the pictures don't show (just the alt words) Anyone help? Cheers Kate

September 15, 200817 yr Since the site isn't hosted anywhere, I assume you're copying the site from computer to computer for local testing? Are you sure you have copied the image directory correctly and to the right location? It's worth double checking....

Yes - I'm dropping the folder onto the desktop from a memory stick and it's all going over. . .

Are all of your files/folders contained within a folder eg main folder (my website or something), inside that folder is another folder called images, also the main folder contains your html and css files.
