Hi there, i want to know what software package would be best to use to do the following -

 

I want a map of Great Britain and i want it labelled with the different countys - Just like most maps! But i want the area that you have the mouse over to change colour/highlight and to be able to link the various counties other pages....

 

I use dreamweaver most of the time but can't figure out how to section jpegs etc

 

I know you can do it in Flash but i can't get my head around flash!!!

Flash would be your best option.

 

If you can't get your head around Flash (like me) then try Swish Max 2. That's what I use if I have to do anything Flash based.

Google Maps has API features so you can integrate into your site.
