Ha you may all be guessing knowing what your'e all like lol this isn;t a template but the idea is taken from a template but i have fully coded the css and XHTML trans 1.0

It is generally a bad idea to use a background with diagonal movement because they distract the reader. Otherwise, there isn't much to criticize on, it's all pretty bland and it looks like it was put together in just a few minutes. I think the green on the layout should be the same that is used in the logo. I would also advice to increase the font size for better readability.

 

On the home page, it says "Xpress Designs are" when it should be "is". The United States of America *is* a big country. Lastly, the "fields marked with * are mandatory" warning is a bit ridiculous considering that they are all mandatory!

 

There are still a lot of things to fix in my opinion. This could, and should, be much better for a design company. The theme doesn't reflect who you are. It certainly doesn't look like you do hosting. Remember, people won't read all of your text! The current website you have at leasts makes it obvious.

Quimp has nailed it in his comment - there is much to be done. I'm just going to emphasise what I always do - think about your copy - what will visitors want to read and what will make them chose you? I will disagree with Quimp on one point (just for fun - he's right of course) - if your copy is right then the right visitors will read it all!

But there are so many errors hopefully it's just "filler" while you work on the design.

Work out what makes you appealing to customers derive a theme from that and make sure it runs through your copy and design to produce a seamless design that sells.

My biggest issue is the diagonal background being behind the text. You should really pop that copy in some box, and consider centering the website?

 

Also, change the hover colour for the navigation links.

Sorry got to disagree on one point Quimp. Subtle lines going form the top right to the bottom left will subconsciously draw the reader down the page. It also suggests movement (bit arty farty I know). Otherwise agree with everything else he said

 

One small thing. Why xHTML transitional? Why not Strict?

I disagree with this... I find the lines are fighting my eyes for attention, and they go the wrong way and make the whole thing a bit uncomfortable. Perhaps lines from the top left to bottom right would work better, as this would follow the natural reading direction of left to right, top to bottom.

Whichever way the lines go I think it's important that they're not actually behind the text - strong patterns are never a good idea as a background to main content blocks. At the very least go for a "semi-transparent" layer to weaken the pattern behind the text and improve the readability.

Not keen on the diagonal background like everyone has said, but, the lighter black colour would be better to use as a background colour. Other than that it looks really good, I really like green on black in design.
